Jeffery Sanders has worked in the agriculture industry for over 14 years, primarily in Santa Clara County and San Benito County, where he has supported and managed compliance programs for large-scale operations. As a Business Manager and General AG Order Compliance Specialist, he has extensive experience running food safety and quality assurance programs that keep operations efficient and fully compliant.

He holds an IOIA Crops Certification, is Basic GAP Certified, and earned a B.S. in Agricultural Business. With his strong background in compliance and proven track record working with large operations, Jeffery delivers practical, dependable solutions to meet the demands of today’s agricultural industry.

Soil Scientist & GIS Specialist

Sophia Ortiz is a dedicated Soil Scientist and self-proclaimed GIS Queen, specializing in Sediment Erosion Management plan reviews. She combines technical expertise in soil science with advanced GIS skills to deliver precise, actionable solutions for agricultural and environmental projects.

A recent graduate from Cal Poly with a B.S. in Environmental & Earth Science, Sophia interned with a local agricultural consultant in the Santa Maria area and comes from a small business background, giving her a practical, hands-on understanding of operations. She is GIS Pro Certified, bringing both fresh knowledge and real-world experience to every project she tackles.
